Upstairs, Le Petit Corner (#4490)

Our main floor is lit by natural light; escape the stress of the working day and enjoy a coffee with a choice of our mouth watering dishes. Downstairs is family friendly; a perfect place where parents can relax on the sofas with toys to keep the little ones entertained. So whether you are meeting with friends, or you’re with the kids, or you simply wish to peacefully work on your laptop with a quiet coffee, or lunch, without being disturbed, at Le Petit Corner café, we have the area for you.

After visiting many coffee shops with Rachel’s young children, we often found it difficult to enjoy coffee and lunch without feeling that we were disturbing others. We realised that the majority of coffee shops are either aimed at families, or are not so family friendly; this is where the idea of “a coffee shop for everyone” was born. A separation of floors was of paramount importance to providing a café where parents could meet up and relax, whilst letting the kids play, without disturbing those wishing to escape the working day with a decent cup of coffee. After four months of planning, lots of coffee, and the occasional glass of wine, we finally found a name and location, and thus Le Petit Corner was born—a name inspired by the nationalities of co-owners Rachel (French) and Toby (English).
